Having graduated from Cheltenham Ladies’ College in 1980, Fenella went on to read law at Queen Mary College, London. On completing her degree course however, she came to a realisation that practising law did not hold the desired appeal.
Looking for a personal challenge, she joined Pycraft & Arnold, a countrywide firm of loss adjusters on a temporary basis, and within 2 years she was working as personal secretary to one of the directors. During a period of intensive restructuring, Fenella was selected for the role of compiling the quality control procedures and implementation manual (ISO 9002) for the whole organisation, from scratch. On achieving accreditation for the company, she went on to become chief quality auditor, for all 24 branches.
Fenella possesses qualities that make her indispensable to our team. Characterised by uncompromising integrity, she is a disciplined thinker and a tenacious pursuer of competence and completeness. She also has an ‘eagle eye’ for detail, which makes her an excellent proof-reader. Her uncanny ability to juggle several projects, with hardly ever a slip, makes her the ideal project co-ordinator.
